- Integral
high-pressure coolant up to 80 GPM.
- The large
dirty tank reduces foaming in the clean tank.
- Because
of the long sedimentation time, pre-seperation is accomplished
in the dirty tank before reaching the clean tank.
- The amount
of the filtered coolant is larger than the amount that is taken
out to the machine, so a continuous overflow into the dirty
tank and a multi-filtration process takes place.
- Due to
the direction of the back flushing, the smallest particles,
oils and graphites that float on the surface are moved into
the direction of the ejection part where they are seized and
thrown out by the scraper chain.
- Filters
can be installed on individual machine tools, machine groups
or central systems.
