Areas of application
Cleaning of coolant lubricants, emulsions, cutting oils and scouring solutions. Installation as an independent cleaning unit on machine tools as well as a supplement to swarf conveyors.
Function
The liquid to be cleaned flows into the collecting area of the filter which has been lined with filter fleece. The liquid level rises as a result of the held back dirt particles. An integrated float switch makes contact, the belt advance is switched on for a short time. At the same time, the dirt is discharged together with the used filter fleece and a new fleece is introduced.
